About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our Commercial and Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our website’s merchandising strategy to maximize revenue and conversion rates. You will collaborate with various teams, including Brand Marketing, Acquisition, and Revenue Management, to enhance our online presence and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to inquiries from marketing and other teams, updating web content as necessary.

– Implement trading actions to support key commercial objectives.

– Analyse site merchandising performance and make adjustments based on user behaviour.

– Evaluate and enhance website content to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

About you:

We’re looking for a proactive, problem-solving individual with a passion for digital merchandising. You should have:

– Experience in a site merchandising role, preferably within e-commerce, travel, or online retail.

– Strong attention to detail with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

– A commercial mindset, creativity, and a keen eye for visual presentation.

– The ability to prioritize tasks, drive change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

– Experience with analytics tools and a solid understanding of best practices in merchandising.

 

Desired Qualifications (but not essential):

– Understanding of SEO principles.

– Familiarity with Magnolia or similar DXP/CMS platforms.

– Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop.

– Ability to create concise copy for merchandising purposes.

– Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Contentsquare.

 

Other info:

– Mandatory Tuesday in the office, with other days as required.

– Occasional visits to other UK office when required

– Open to travel as needed.
